The albino subject, in concordance with the italian jurisdiction, and according to the different types of forensic investigations which may apply, shall be entitled to different levels of care.
We have illustrated the main rules for protection provided in relation to the diagnosis of albinism or other disabling diseases associated with it.
It can be summarized by stating that in proportion to the limit that the anomaly imposes, albinos are sufficiently protected by Italian law.
